Can I give more than five stars? Brant was simply exemplary in taking care of us. He was patient, helpful, and honest. We looked for more than six months, toured at least a dozen different condos, from hi-rises to small-unit buildings. Brant made appointments, was forthcoming with pros and cons of each unit, and was very understanding and supportive when we backed out of one offer after inspection. Brant was very responsive to emails and texts. He picked us up and drove us to closing, literally saving us hours on public transit. After quite a number of interactions with other pushy realtors or with realtors who didn't want to take us seriously since we hadn't already gotten ourselves pre-approved, Brant was a very large breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and patient with showing us places and was available at a moment's notice whenever we had questions or needed his help with anything. He provided updates, recommendations, guidance, you name it. As soon as we had a problem he was on it and helping to take care of it. I was connected with Brant via Zillow when I saw the listing of THE condo I wished to purchase. Brant reached out to me within in a day so that we could meet, discuss what I was looking for, and to plan a viewing of the condo. Unfortunately the listing was put on hold the same week. Brant still encouraged me to look at other listings, and we met that weekend to view some condos. He stressed the importance of seeing several properties to get a better idea of my 'must haves'. This would be my first home purchase, and I wasn't looking to settle on a place that wasn't 'just right'. Brant always made time to see whatever listings I was interested in and was always on time for viewings (which is good as I'm always early). His recommendations for a mortgage broker and a lawyer were solid, as I had a good experience with both. I could tell he is able to build great rapport with other real-estate agents and is respected in the Chicago market. When it came to putting in my first offer, Brant talked me through the process and advised me what would be an appropriate offer for the neighborhood and the market. Unfortunately my first offer, which was a solid offer, was denied. FORTUNATELY the condo that I had loved at the beginning of this journey come back on the market! We went to the open house on a Saturday and my offer was accepted by the next evening! I honestly think Brant's advice through the offer process helped me secure the home. The inspection, appraisal, and closing process all went smoothly. I would recommend Brant to others searching for their 'perfect home'! A bonus: The man has excellent taste in music! jenbruch6

Brant is a great personal realtor that wants to get you in the property that fits you best! Many other realtors and listing agents we met along the way in this process seemed very judgmental and only willing to help if you fit into their typical cliental demographic BUT NOT BRANT!
